Karl D. Reyer postcard collection, 1945-1959.

Postcards depicting scenes in Louisiana and Mississippi. Among them are pictures of plantation houses, buildings on Louisiana State University campus and in New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Alexandria, and Grand Isle, along with aerial views of Monroe and the Port of Lake Charles. There are also two portraits of Robert E. Lee, one as a young man when he served as Lieutenant of Engineers, U. S. Army.
